<description><![CDATA[<p>With regard to the resident right to chose their physician, is it possible to have the facility's medical director be the attending physician for all residents through a priviledging process? </p><p>The goal is to ensure access and timeliness of care for the resident. If anyone has a process of this sort at their community, or knowledge of how to put it into practice in a way that honors the spirit of the resident right, please share.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
