We do not require a specific color for our CNA’s or Nurses. There are guidelines with styles, caricatures, etc., but we want them to retain some individuality in their choices. For our full time staff, we give them a dollar amount that the organization will spend for scrubs. For additional purchases, we have our company come to the community allowing staff to shop and payroll deduct purchases.
