Core Values for Residents

A member community that developed a set of core values for staff a few years ago is looking to develop a similar set for residents. If your community has looked at this type of issue and you would be willing to share any information, that would be appreciated (identifying information will be redacted) or if you would be willing to discuss directly with the CEO of the community that inquired, please forward your name and contact information.

We do not have a set of core values for residents – only team members.

Our core values are for the entire community – staff and residents alike. We preach it frequently.

Protect, Exceed Expectations, Nurture (growth with love), Integrity, Communication, and Kindness.

Our approach is that an organization’s Core Values are for the entire community, so they reach across the Resident and Staff spectrums, as well as Family Members, Volunteers, Vendors, and Community Partners. Consistency is absolutely essential to developing the Culture you are striving for.
