Woodworking Shop Policies

If your community has a resident woodworking shop, do you have policies for that space and if so, would you be willing to share? We are interested in the following:

Hours of operation
Do you accept resident donated tools?
What equipment did the community provide?
Do staff members have any responsibilities in the shop?
Do you have any "use at your own risk" verbiage/signage?

We do not have a community woodworking shop. The residents have individual woodworking shops in their Estate Homes.

Recently, we set up a steering committee of residents to set policies for the woodworking shops. These are run by the residents, residents decide what tools will be accepted, etc. This will help the resident formalize their policies.
