We use Chief Executives of Multi-Site Organizations Compensation Report put together by Clifton Larson Allen

In the past, we have used "Mercer" and "The Hay Group" (Now known as "Korn Ferry"). We were very satisfied with the executive compensation services each of these companies performed.

We currently have DHG assist us with this annual review.

Comparables:

The process for determining compensation will utilize market-rate and performance-based comparative data to help determine a fair and reasonable compensation mix.

The following resources and other relevant data will be used to determine the executive compensation and benefits in order to ensure that such compensation and benefits, including bonuses, are fair and reasonable and comparable to those of similar organizations:

Consideration in comparing executive compensation and benefits, including bonuses, should be given to relevant responsibility and employment factors, including years employed by the organization, regardless of the title of the executive being compared.

Consideration should be given to the year to which the comparative data relates.

The executive compensation packages, including base pay, benefits and bonuses, will be reviewed by an independent third party, such as the organization’s auditors, to ensure they are within acceptable industry standards.

The survey information and letter from the auditors are retained in the organization’s compensation records by the CFO.
