We are curious to know whether you charge for the space, and if so, is it a percentage of the beauty services charged, a flat fee per month, or something else? Are persons who are not residents of the community (campus), permitted to use the beauty shop? -we do not charge rent but take 15% of all sales

-beauticians are not staff members and do not collect a salary and are not entitled to benefits

-beauticians receive a 1099 for the services they have performed while at Springmoor

-contracts have a 30 day cancellation clause

-we do not allow outside clients. We do not want the extra foot traffic and possible risk to our residents

-the salon must be licensed by the State of North Carolina
