We are curious to know whether you charge for the space, and if so, is it a percentage of the beauty services charged, a flat fee per month, or something else? Are persons who are not residents of the community (campus), permitted to use the beauty shop? And finally, if persons outside the campus are permitted to access the services of the beauticians in the beauty shop, does the agreement require the beauticians to have a "cosmetic arts shop license” as indicated in the North Carolina Cosmetic Act (Chapter 88B)?</span> ]]></description>
