Your Reputation Precedes You: Harness the Opportunity of Online Reviews
Review ratings increasingly stand as gatekeepers to online leads. Not only do reviews show up in search engine results, but they serve as a factor in Google rankings. With more than 60 percent of decision-making research now being done online, many prospects will not even make it to your website—much less your campus—before making a decision about your community. You’ll leave this session understanding: the relationship between search, reputation, and sales; the responsive and proactive tactics that comprise a reputation management strategy; and the importance of alignment among reporting, marketing, and operations to harness the opportunity of online reviews.

Getting the Attention of the Adult Child
Adult children play a central, and increasingly important, role in the senior living evaluation and selection process. This session will share the experiences and insights from a provider of independent living, assisted living, skilled care and memory care and creatively focus on prospects’ adult children as a strategy to grow sales and expedite decision-making. Attendees will learn how do you find them, how to craft messages that speak to that adult child, especially that daughter or daughter in law, and how to reach them traditionally and digitally. The session will also demonstrate how marketers can develop strategies that simultaneously focus on the senior herself and her adult child.
