Nursing Home Reporting on COVID-19
We continue to hear a number of questions about reporting requirements and even more concerns about issues with NHSN enrollment. We are sharing concerns with CMS. While CDC will be the body to address the actual enrollment issues, we feel it is important for CMS to understand that the process is not running smoothly and that providers want to comply but may be unable to do so for reasons beyond their control. Please let us know what challenges you may be encountering with the enrollment process.

In an effort to help our leaders inspire and motivate their teams, here is today’s short tool:

In The Second Mountain, David Brooks writes that, “Every once in a while, you meet people who radiate joy. They are kind, tranquil, delighted by small pleasures and grateful for large ones.
