We are less than two weeks away from conference! It’s our largest gathering of the year so be sure to register. We could not be more excited about our lineup for you including:

  • Breakfast with Katie Sloan, President & CEO of LeadingAge national, on Tuesday, May 15 from 8-9am
  • Deep dives for more in-depth information on leadership principles and diversifying executive and board positions
  • A Town Hall Conversation on Monday, May 14 from 2-4pm that will give members an opportunity to provide input on public policy affecting you and those you serve
  • A community service project during trade show hours to fill at least 180 bags of food for the Council on Aging of Buncombe County

The North Carolina Bar Association, NC Partnership for Compassionate Care, Community Partners and local attorneys are partnering to provide information and tools for the public to talk about their wishes with family, friends and health care providers, and to execute written advance directives (Health Care Power of Attorney and living will) in accordance with North Carolina state laws.
