Continuing Education Credits
| A total of 4.0 CEU credit hours will be applied for through the NC Board
of Nursing Home Administrators and through the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulations - Adult Care Home Continuing Education Program. An additional 1.5 CEU credit hours for Nursing Home Administrators will available for those attending the postsymposium general sessions.
4.0 CNE Contact Hours. Palliative CareCenter & Hospice of Catawba Valley is an Approved Provider of continuing nursing education by the North Carolina Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Participants must attend entire activity to receive credit. No partial credit is given for this activity.

| Registration & Refund Policy
| DEADLINE FOR SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION IS APRIL 30, 2013. No refunds will be made after April 26. Written cancellations received prior to this date will be refunded less a $25.00 administrative fee.
| Hotel Information & Reservations
| We have a block of rooms being held at The Grove Park Inn. Room reservations can be made by contacting The Grove Park Inn directly at 800-438-5800. The deadline for hotel reservations is April 12, 2013.
| Hotel Rates
| $195.00 per night single/double. There is a $40.00 fee for each third and fourth additional person. A deposit equal to one night's stay by a major credit card or check is required to confirm your reservation.
